Blockchain-based rewards company Refereum announced on 24 July, its partnership with PUBG Corporation. The collaboration connects users to blockchain technology through creative use cases.
Refereum noted that their blockchain technology allows players to receive rewards for in-game achievements and for streaming on partnered platforms including Twitch and Mixer. Refereum emphasized that the partnership enables players to be rewarded for what they actually do in the game. The rewards company conveyed some instances like nailing kills or being an avid streamer, the player would be earning points.

Refereum touched upon its credentials as a games rewards platform that rewards for doing what the user is most interested in. The user is benefited from playing and engaging with their favorite games. Refereum highlighted that by joining a hub, users could earn prizes for completing quests. Refereum noted the suite of activities like streaming a specific game or referring friends, points could be redeemed for rewards.
Refereum returned focus clarifying that PUBG players could earn on-chain crypto rewards for completing in-game feats. Such features could be like winning a match. Refereum suggested that this new rewards program involving in-game objectives is an innovative new addition. The feature enhances Refereum’s already established work in rewarding gamers for live-streaming their gameplay and promoting social media content.
Recently, Refereum announced security program with HackerOne, a bug bounty solutions provider. With blockchain and cryptocurrency space riddled with scams and exploits, Refereum launched a bug bounty program with HackerOne. Refereum confirmed its seriousness with security and user’s privacy.
